Stacy Wooster
Stacy truly began to see what yoga can do for a person when she was pregnant with her first child. Her body felt better, she could stabilize her mind, and her yoga practice dramatically influenced her confidence, calm and presence during birth. Now she has practiced through 3 pregnancies, taught through 2. A licensed massage therapist, an experienced registered yoga teacher/ registered prenatal teacher, a birth/ postpartum doula, an infant massage instructor, and a practicing herbalist, she founded the first and only registered prenatal yoga school in Texas- Beauty Blossom Birth- to create a local support system for yoga teachers and mothers, as they are birthing the next generation and influencing the direction of our world. |
