Robin Dharampal Bruce
Robin ‘Dharampal’ Bruce teaches Kundalini yoga at Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas. Her classes are meditational, honest, and heartfelt. She began practicing Kundalini yoga in 2002, looking for emotional and physical support for her epileptic seizures and consequent spinal injuries. She made a full recovery from both and became certified in Kundalini and Hatha Yoga. “I see yoga as a therapeutic tool for the body and mind, that’s accessible to all body and personality types”, Robin says. She continues to teach yoga and and deepen her studies in the area of meditation. She also sings kirtan, devotional chanting, and has released two CDs in the mantra genre. She is currently working on her third release with producer Anthony Molina, due for public release May 17th.

In this Kundalini Yoga meditation class suitable for everyone, participants will be led through practices to help create a meditative state that is conducive to self-healing. The practice will include several meditative techniques to allow the body to experience its healing powers and bring a sense of balance and neutrality to the mind.
