"Merging Mantras, Movement, Meditation & Mudras: Emergence of a New You"

Workshop Schedule - Saturday May 11th 2013 • 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

What we seek is naturally within us. Travel deep inside your Self and discover a state of total bliss by merging powerful chants, Mantras, gentle movement in harmony with breath, deep relaxation, meditation and mudras. Enjoy the effects of vocalized sounds on the body, mind and spirit and awaken dormant centers of the brain. Emerge from inner clouds and experience a new blissful You!

The workshop aims at creating awareness about the power of Mantric sounds and discover our personal relationship with them. Sounds have a big influence on our body, mind and consciousness. This is the reason why the use of Mantras is widespread throughout various spiritual movemnts. They help us stay positive even if there is negativity around us. Drawing from the ancient Yogic practices, the workshop will also feature Peace Mantra, miraculous “Maha Mrintunjaya Mantra” and the cosmic mother of all Mantras “Gayatri Mantra” for healing, wellbeing and spiritual light.

Suitable for All Levels
