"Restorative Yoga With Tibetan Bowls and Gong" - Workshop

Restorative yoga is a luxurious practice that encourages us to slow down, the supportive postures gently open the body to deep relaxation and healing, offering a nourishing experience to activate the body's natural healing potential. Enjoy the long held postures and relax deeper with the sounds of the healing Tibetan bowls and gong are to help the students into a deeper, more relaxed state of relaxation and healing.
This workshop is ideal for those going through a stressful time and suffering from illness, injury or major life changes. Postures are held for an extended time (up to 20 minutes) with the support of props. This class is good for all skill levels.
The yoga of non-doing, is a core practice underlying the very essence of yoga. Even those with an active, dynamic yoga practice can benefit from the inner quiet and deep release of this practice. Experiencing the transformational power and healing sounds of the Tibetan bowls and Gong can bring order to the chaos in your life. The bowls will produce a sound environment in which energy centers can bathe and consequently open up.
