Mamma Mia!  - A Yoga Class In Celebration of All Mothers on Mother's Day

Workshop Sunday May 12th • 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

What better way is there to celebrate mom's, maternal bonds, and Mother Earth, than by expanding your awareness in a grounding, yet dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga class?  Through asana,  pranayama, meditation and Sanskrit chanting, we will honor and celebrate all the special mothers in our lives.  In this heartfelt class, we will find connection with body, breath and spirit, thus awakening to the right here, the right now.  We will move through standing poses, twists, inversions, backbends and forward bends.  Each breath and each asana will be an offering in celebration of all mothers.

This class is for anyone who has a mother, is a mother, knows a mother or who wants to celebrate Mother Earth!  It is appropriate for all levels, but some Vinyasa experience is recommended.  (Note - This is not a prenatal yoga class).

Suitable for all levels
